A dermatologist is a medical doctor who specializes and diagnoses conditions involving hair, skin, and nails. They are knowledgeable in medicines and several other treatments for illness. Dermatology involves working with people often and potentially building relationships. Being a dermatologist requires many years of education and repetitive work, but they gain a lot of experience and knowledge that can be applied to their patients and themselves personally. Dermatologists receive much opportunity and get to work with new technology which can help make diagnosing and treating patients easier. Furthermore, Dermatologists work in several settings like clinics, medical schools, hospitals, and labs. The responsibilities in this profession include researching and testing treatments, performing surgery or biopsy, counseling and recommending patients. Treating patients may improve their quality of life and happiness which can bring a sense of satisfaction.
